My investment philosophy is based on:

Trust: It is my commitment to help each investor work towards his or her financial objectives. With this in mind, I help provide an in-depth review of a prospective client’s current status, risk tolerance, and future needs. I then structure an appropriately individualized investment plan to help address those needs.

Value: I focus primarily on investments that I have identified as long-term performers within their respective investment categories, e.g., large-cap growth, mid-cap value, utilities, etc., taking into account average P/E and PEG ratios, regression statistics, manager tenure, skewing, volatility, and turnovers.

Diversification: I structure each portfolio using an asset allocation model I developed over the course of 23 years in the business. Studies have shown that approximately 91% of all portfolio performance can be attributed to how investments are balanced between stocks, bonds, and cash. 7% is attributable to investment selection, and only 2% of a portfolio’s performance is attributable to timing.* Proper diversification helps seek to enhance a portfolio’s potential returns and help manage risk.
